Upgrading from TouchPass App to Umo App

Goodbye TouchPass App - Hello Umo App!


The TouchPass Mobile App ends March 31, 2022. But don't worry. You can keep riding with your existing passes and stored value with the Umo App!

Upgrading from the TouchPass App to the Umo App is easy. View a brief How to Video on how to make the switch.

Step 1: Update your TouchPass App to the latest version.

  • To make sure all your passes and stored value transfer to Umo, you must be on the latest version of the TouchPass app.
  • Go to your App store and pull up the TouchPass Transit App.
  • If you aren't using the latest version, select update.

Step 2: Download the Umo Mobility App

  • Click the "Sign In" option.
  • Click the "Using my email address or TouchPass username and password" option.
  • View a brief How to Video. 

Step 3: Use your TouchPass App Username & Password to login to Umo.

  • Don't remember your TouchPass Username or Password - email umo@partnc.org or call 336-883-7278.

Step 4: View all your passes and Stored Value in your Umo Wallet!
