Discount (Half Fare) Eligibility Application

  1. PART provides a half-price discount on standard fares to Seniors (60 plus), Disabled, Students, Veterans, and Medicare Cardholders. In order to get the discounted fare on PART passes or stored value trips, you must complete this application and submit proof by attaching a copy of your photo identification.


    Once enrolled, PART will update your Umo account so you are eligible to purchase your PART standard passes or ride using stored value at the discounted fare. In order to receive the discounted rate, you must register in advance of purchasing your pass. PART will not refund fares for passes purchased prior to enrollment.


    You must have an active Umo account before PART can activate your discount fare.

  3. Proper identification includes: driver’s license, transit senior identification, disabled identification issued from transit agency, VA ID Card, medicare ID, or student ID

I understand that this will entitle me to ride for PART Express half of regular fare during normal hours of operation. Therefore, if this application is approved and I am issued Reduced-fare, I must abide by rules and regulations set forth by PART.
